The foundation of our training courses is the PMP® Examination Guidelines valid since January 2021. The course materials are based on the current version of the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep. This script was developed by PMI® for targeted exam preparation and covers all important content. Our trainings are conducted by experienced consultants.
How much does the CAPM cost?
Starting at €809. The course price includes three training days with over 23 contact hours, comprehensive training documents, PMP® 24-hour support, as well as drinks and lunch during the on-site seminars. The examination fee is to be paid directly to PMI®.
When does the CAPM training take place?
You can book our CAPM® project management training as a face-to-face seminar or as a live online seminar.

The CAPM® certificate is a globally recognized quality standard for project management beginners.
Before applying for the CAPM® exam, you must ensure that you meet the following demonstrable requirements for CAPM® certification:
- A school leaving certificate such as the Abitur, Fachabitur or a completed vocational training
- 23 contact hours of project management preparation/training

What do we mean by contact hours (“Contact Hours”)?
Before you can register for the PMP® certification exam, it is generally obligatory to provide evidence of at a minimum of 23 contact hours of further project management training. Each CAPM® course at the IfP Institute for Project Management is following the specifications of the PMI® and thus offers at least the required amount of 23 contact hours.
