Mr. Dr. Klesen has worked for several years in different Management positions at middle-sized companies. With a PhD in Material Science from the RWTH Aachen, he consults for over 10 years, mainly middle-sized companies, on topics such as: Material Science, Corrosion Techniques and Damage/Failure Analyzes.
As Business Coach and CEO of Able To Improve – Klesen Coaching, he coaches/consults Upper-Managements as well as Middle-Management in Change Processes related topics, like: Appreciative/Valuing Leadership, Team Development and Conflict Management. As a solution-oriented partner, Dr. Klesen gives support via 1-to-1/Team Coaching, as well as via Agile Workshops, to find solutions to the specific challenges one might have.
Mr. Nikolov has an engineering degree from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc.) at the Leibniz University of Hanover. He acquired his expertise in the field of process optimisation, coaching and the direct implementation of lean management methods in the environmental and energy sector. In his professional career to date, Mr. Nikolov has worked in the national and international environment in plant and mechanical engineering, and most recently in the automotive industry.
As a consultant, Mr Nikolov supports us in all projects in the area of business process management and its optimisation. In addition, Mr Nikolov supports Six Sigma projects and trainings.

Mr Stefer holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (B.E.) with a focus on mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Cologne Campus Gummersbach and a Master's degree in Business Development Management (M.A.) from the Cologne Business School (formerly EUFH). In addition, he is qualified as a PMP® and Certified SIX SIGMA Master Black Belt®.
As a consultant, Mr Stefer leads projects in the field of business process management and its optimisation. The focus here is on sustainable process optimisation using the Six Sigma method. In addition, he acts as a Six Sigma coach and conducts project management training as an Authorised Training Partner Instructor of the PMI®.
Ms Hilger is currently studying business psychology at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf.
Her main field of activity is all purchasing & sales activities. In addition, she supports the team with daily back office tasks, training preparations and organisational activities.
Ms Zulauf successfully completed a bachelor's degree in business administration and business psychology part-time at the FOM in Düsseldorf. In addition, she is qualified as a PMP and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt®.
As a consultant, Ms Zulauf supports us in many projects in the area of business process management and its optimisation. Furthermore, Ms Zulauf is also responsible for Six Sigma projects and trainings.
Ms. Netzer graduated from the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Venlo with a degree in logistics management with a focus on operational logistics.
Various projects accompanied Ms. Netzer on her way to us. Thereby she was able to gain valuable experience in project and process management including process optimization.
Ms. Netzer gives Six Sigma trainings and supports projects as a consultant in the Six Sigma area as well as in business process management and its optimization.
Ms Wegmann supports the administration of our training institutes IfP and SSCD. With her many years of experience in different international industries she is contact person for our customer and attendees of our trainings.
Mr. Lücke graduated in industrial engineering (B.Eng.) from the Rheinische Fachhochschule in Cologne.
Complementary to his Bachelor's degree, he passed his Master of Science in Product Design and Process Development at the Technical University of Cologne.
Mr. Lücke has already gained valuable experience in partly international project teams. His focus was on technical project management and business development.
As a consultant, Mr. Lücke supports us in Six Sigma projects and project management training.
Mr. Fuchs completed his education and studies in sociology, German and media studies at the Heinrich-Heine University in Düsseldorf. Additionally Helmut Fuchs is qualified as PMP®, ASQ® Certified SIX SIGMA Master Black Belt. He is also author and publisher of the book "Leadership für Politik & Wirtschaft".
Mr. Fuchs has been advising German and international companies on strategy, process and management consulting since 1999 and sees himself as a closely associated advisor. His focus is on process consulting in the H2H, P2P and O2C area. In addition, identified executives are further developed as project and process experts (PMP®, Six Sigma).
Ms Wirth is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business administration at the Fresenius University of Applied Sciences in Düsseldorf, with a focus on value-added management and finance.
As a working student, the back office supports her in preparing for training and the consultants in projects.
