Kevin Stefer

Mr Stefer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (B.E.) with a focus on mechanical engineering from the Technical University of Cologne Campus Gummersbach and a Master’s degree in Business Development Management (M.A.) from the Cologne Business School (formerly EUFH). In addition, he is qualified as a PMP® and Certified SIX SIGMA Master Black Belt®.

As a consultant, Mr Stefer leads projects in the field of business process management and its optimisation. The focus here is on sustainable process optimisation using the Six Sigma method. In addition, he acts as a Six Sigma coach and conducts project management training as an Authorised Training Partner Instructor of the PMI®.
