Fabian Schneider

Mr. Schneider has a bachelor’s degree in economics (B.Sc.) and psychology (B.Sc.) with a focus on leadership and organizational psychology. He is also qualified as a PMP® and Certified SIX SIGMA Black Belt®. As a consultant, Mr. Schneider supports projects in the area of business process management and its optimization. The focus here is on sustainable process optimization using the Six Sigma method. He also acts as a project management coach.
