In this seminar, you will gain fundamental insights into the roles of the product owner and the product manager within the SAFe (6.0) framework, specifically geared to the context of scaled enterprise structures. It offers you a comprehensive introduction to strategic measures, instruments and procedures that you can use to guide the direction of your team or organization. The goal is to enable you to effectively write epics, capabilities, features, and user stories within the SAFe framework and to prioritize your backlog in a targeted manner. You can choose between two different learning formats: an intensive two-day in-person workshop or an in-depth two-day live online training. Both formats offer a dynamic combination of instructional lectures, video material, reflection questions, and individual and group activities, and are designed to optimally prepare you for the final certification exam. Upon successful completion of the exam, you will be awarded the “SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager” certificate.
