This training will give you an in-depth understanding of the role and value of a Scrum Master within the SAFe (6.0) framework, tailored for the scaled enterprise context. Unlike traditional Scrum training, this training expands the Scrum Master’s perspective beyond the immediate team.
Participants in the course will gain the knowledge to motivate agile teams to achieve excellence and effectively guide them through iterations. The training covers essential skills – from leading team events, promoting continuous improvement and DevOps, to coordinating interactions with other agile teams. You will also learn how to successfully integrate your team into larger, cross-team events, such as Program Increments (PI).
We offer you the flexibility to choose between two learning formats: a two-day in-person workshop or a two-day live online training. Both options combine various learning methods, including lectures, videos, reflection questions, individual and group work, and prepare you for the “SAFe® Scrum Master” certification exam. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive your certificate.
