The IfP:Bootcamp is aimed specifically at interested participants with a busy schedule. You have the possibility to fulfill the 35 contact hours for your PMP® exam in only two days of course participation. This shortened two-day PMP® Bootcamp course allows you to complete the 35 contact hours required to be admitted to the PMP® exam.
To be able to prepare for your project management certificate exam in such a very short time, it is important to start your preparation with full power.
Learning Content: The path to your PMP® Project Management Certificate
The foundation of all project management courses – incl. our bootcamp is the PMP® Examination Guidelines valid since January 2021. All course materials are based on the current version of the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep. This script was developed by PMI® for targeted exam preparation and covers all essential content. Our project management courses are conducted by experienced trainers who provide you with the knowledge relevant to the exam using tools and practical content.

Targeted preparation for the PMP® Project Manager certification – How we support you
Our preparation course for the PMP® Project Manager certification has a total duration of 2 days. The training days regularly last about 11 hours. In any case, after the courses you should take the opportunity to work through and deepen the contents on your own. Both the training rooms of IfP and our trainers are at your disposal for this purpose.
You will also receive comprehensive materials that will enable you to work on the content in a controlled manner beyond the training time. Our trainers are available to you during the entire preparation time and will assist you. They check the results of the exercises and help you with questions, ambiguities and problems.

As a project manager or project leader, a PMP® Project Management Certificate can give your career a real boost. But your time is valuable and limited, and you don’t really have time for long-term training.
Then register for the bootcamp. Here we prepare you as quickly as possible, intensively and professionally for the PMP® exam of the Project Management Institute (PMI)®. As an Authorized Training Partner, our courses are regularly audited and certified by the PMI®.

Take advantage of our PMP® 24h support – because your trainers are there for you. In concrete terms, this means that your questions will be answered within 24h – by phone or e-mail.
The E-Learning Portal – essential in the PMP® Bootcamp
One part of your PMP® Project Management course, you will receive free access to our e-learning portal. All learning materials have been specially developed to prepare you for the PMP® exam. For example, you will find extensive video material on the course content and 500 practice questions (= PMP®certification test-style questions).
What do we mean by contact hour (“Contact Hour”)?
Before you can register for the PMP® certification exam, it is generally mandatory to provide evidence of at least 35 contact hours of further project management training. Each PMP® seminar at the IfP Institute for Project Management is based on the specifications of the PMI® and thus offers at least the required 35 contact hours.
PMP® Project Management Certificate – The exam
Since 2021, PMP® exams can also be taken online. Participants can freely choose their appointment around the clock. They need a computer, a webcam and an Internet connection.
The exam consists of 180 multiple choice, multiple responses and limited fill-in-the-blank tasks and takes just under 4 hours. You will receive the exam result immediately after completing the exam.
The failure rate for the first attempt of the PMP® exam is 25-40%. The failure rate of our former participants on the first attempt, is about 1%.
If you do not pass the exam on your first attempt, we offer you the opportunity to retake your participation in the PMP® preparation course free of charge.
